  SELF AWARENESS Self-awareness this is when a person is able to understand their self-introspection. This is the inner change that a person undergoes as a good step to personal development. In philosophy it is the experience of one’s personality or individual. When someone is aware of them-self they are able to focus on them-self and their actions on why they are doing certain things, their thoughts or and emotions which might be or not of their internal standards. It is has been noted that when we see ourselves clearly, we are able to be creative and more confident in what we are doing. FURTHERMORE, THE IMPORTANCE OF TALENT IS THAT IT GIVES ONE WHO IS ALREADY GIFTED WITH THE CERTAIN TOOLS USING WHICH THAT PERSON IS ABLE TO MANAGE THEIR JOB AND CONTROL ALL THEIR RESOURCES EFFECTIVELY. THROUGH TALENT A PERSON IS ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THEIR ROLE AND HAVE THE SKILLS AND THE TOOLS THAT THEY NEED TO MAKE THEIR TALENT EFFECTIVE.
